Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• Contractor: The creator and administrator of Stroonka.pl.
• Client: The entrepreneur ordering a product electronically.
• Project (Website): The agreed work delivered to the Client consisting of UI, frontend, and backend code.

2. Scope of Services

We build customized web portals based on modern web schemas tailored directly to the price packages available on the site (Digital Business Card, Landing Page, Company Website).

3. The 7-Day Guarantee

We commit to delivering the first working version of your website within 7 calendar days. This timer begins exclusively after we receive both the initial payment and the 100% completed Implementation Intake form (including text and logos). Failure to deliver the required materials pauses the development timer.

4. Payments and Ownership

• Payments are handled via secure transferring before development starts (unless individually negotiated otherwise).
• Upon payment, the Client receives 100% intellectual property ownership to the dedicated code and visual copy. There are absolutely zero hidden monthly subscription fees for the website structure.

5. Revisions

The Client is entitled to 2 free revision rounds within 14 days of project presentation. Revisions cannot completely circumvent the originally agreed-upon visual structures stated in the Intake Questionnaire.

6. Final Provisions

For matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, standard civil law commercial statutes dictate proper workflow. Any disputes will be resolved amicably before escalating towards competent international or European courts.
